Get to know us at HRCLex
The bottom line is this: High Rock Church of Lexington (HRCLex) exists to tell people about the hope we have found in Jesus. We are a family of individuals who come from all different races and backgrounds, rich and poor, young and old. What brings us together? We've all experience freedom in Jesus Christ and we want the world to have that same freedom.
High Rock Church of Lexington was started in 2010 by a small group of core members. We were once affiliated with High Rock Community Church, a church comprised of seven campuses from Harrisburg to Wilkesboro. In 2014, High Rock Community church made each of its campuses autonomous, and we became High Rock Church of Lexington.
Our core members had a vision of a church where everyone was welcomed with open arms, where anyone could feel at home. A church where there was no judging, no discrimination, no separation. And now, our church has grown beyond even what our core members had imagined it could be.
How do we achieve our goal of spreading the good news of Jesus to the world? We've come to understand that our purpose is also our process.
Grow. Connect. Serve. Lead.
An HRCLex Weekend Service is fun, accessible, and full of worship. Worship is our response to God and all that he's done for us. So we're not shy when it comes to giving that great love back.
Long story short, our services consist of a few elements that all work together to grow our personal relationships with God. We worship through music and scripture reading, prayer, and a message that easily understood, with a very clearly told Gospel.
What does this mean for you? Most importantly, you're always welcome at HRCLex. We're saving a seat for you. Wherever you're at in your faith journey, you'll always be accepted as part of the High Rock family.
